The game is fun at first like a lot of others to draw you in, they make it seem easy and fun once you get out of the tutorial that takes for ever.... but as you start playing more you realize this game is entirely pay to win there is no getting around that fact and the game constantly entices people with .99 cent deals that are basically essential just to play... and then if you want to be any good at the game it will cost hundreds of dollars for the good units each time they make a new one

I've been playing this game for about 5 months or a little more and it's fun and addictive. Has its ups and downs for sure. Some builds are ridiculous with the amount of time or resources, some of the special ants are just insanely hard to get like any other game like this but I choose this one even with the ridiculous builds and hard to get prizes and leaving five stars \m/-_-\m/

Pretty nice game. But something to think about is a Passive mode so others could play without being attacked all the time. I am playing to have fun and when I jump on and see I'm destroyed a couple dozen times even if I'm not near anyone makes it hard to upgrade and makes me not want to play anymore. I can't afford to buy bundles and sheilds all the time.

The game, overall is repetitive and boring. I have been grinding about 1 hr every 3 days for the past month and have barely progressed. Its pretty much pay to progress. For example, the fungus upgrades are misleading. In the game you need fungus to upgrade pretty much everything. I thought the leafcutter would give me the fungus I needed however, I lost more than I earned. The solution? Pay $25, or upgrade the queen. Which is impossible because fungus is needed, a resource I have a neg amount of

It is a fun game, but there is a very limited number of players per server. At some point, every server faces a choice. Option A: They decide to coexist peacefully. The server remains competitive in SvS competitions and everyone is able to grow, but eventually many of the players quit out of boredom. Option B: They decide to fight. While more fun, the server is weakened and becomes unable to compete in SvS. Players on the losing side quit because they feel unable to catch up to other players.

This is not a game it is a step by step directions on how to build a "city" just like any other modern city building game without the clarity of what is being built and without any choices during the process. There aren't even any multiple choice. The "game" tells you what to do and you click... THAT'S IT!!!The cuts scenes go by so fast it is hard to read them and the main script is in such a hard to read text it needs subtitles which are smaller and disappear quickly.
