Having played the game on PC now, I can review this game more favorably! Its charming, the art is wonderful, the story matures (thankfully), and I like the different events. Guilds feel a little shallow as a system, but I think it's better to have them than not for the potential for communities. *Previously held a negative review since the app had an issue for Pixel devices causing crashes and instability. This has supposedly been resolved.

Have been playing this game since launch. Love it and have invested money into this game. As of the last update, I haven't been able to play. It keeps crashing after a couple of minutes. I have done everything from clearing the data and reinstalling the game. I submitted a support ticket, and all I have received from it is that they are looking into the issue. It's been 5 days since then. And of all things, it had to happen during the FFIX collaboration, which happens to be my favorite one.

This game is one of the few mobile games with actual depth. Phenomenal storytelling and Final Fantasy Tactics vibe. Yes, it's a gotcha game and pulling super rare characters can be frustrating but this game is actually very new player friendly - you can do all the story without a single UR character if you play smart. People complaining that the learning curb is too high should go play a mindless idle game where they can have their hands held constantly - this isn't that and that's a good thing!

Edit: I can download now, but game still randomly crashes. I actually like the game, but giving it 1 star on the Play store since you can't actually play the game at the moment. Downloading is broken. Progress on the download resets to 0 after about 30 sec. Even trying to download in chunks doesn't work. Total download never gets below 1400MB.

I have been playing this game for years and have rarely had performance issues. But with your last update it will now stop downloading after 1 or 2 seconds. I have tried on every network I could and it is no different. So thank you for making it so I can no longer play the game after investing my time over several years. It literally downloads for 1-2 seconds and then just... Stops. I have a stable internet connection so it's something server side. I have reinstalled the game with no change.

So before this update I had no problem with connective while playing, but as of 12/20/23 app constantly closes. Already deleted and reinstalled it back to phone for today's update and the same issues happen, Instantly kicked out of app. No other apps are running, more then enough memory and storage but I can not even enjoy the game as before.
