After all these months, there is still no controller support. Good game to kill time on your phone, but DO NOT BUY this version. Not only are touch controls annoying to pick up items/magic, it gives consoles a clear advantage because you will never pick something up faster than they can. There have been more times than I would like to admit where I didn't get a single item/magic the whole dungeon. If you're enjoying this game and want to buy the whole thing, buy it on a console.👍🏽

To be completely honest, I'm totally happy just playing FFCC again in whichever form. The mobile controls are pretty well pulled off, there's plenty of little quality of life enhancements over the original, and the potential here would definitely qualify a recommendation, if Square Enix pulls through on their promises to keep improving and refining it. If you loved Crystal Chronicles as a kid, you probably don't need me to convince you, really. Take heed at some of the issues folks are having, and keep an ear to the ground on how the situation improves (or doesn't) in the coming months.

Fun dungeon crawler, with full cross platform multiplayer. As a remaster of a 15 year old game, some systems are a bit clunky, but that is what it is. Touch controls are decent (there is no controller support). Quite a bit of content in the full version, lots of stat boosting artifacts and gear to grind out. Graphics and sound quality are impressive for a mobile game.

Desperately needs controller support. It feels pretty clumsy to play. The moogle and chat button gets in the way -all the time- because it's at the bottom right corner of the screen, where actions like attack would be in other games. Solo play is pretty decent, but the multiplayer is extremely laggy. The worst is trying to pick up items and the chalice. Even when playing with friends in the same room+connection, there is a long delay when picking things up.

Don't hate it. But wanted to love it. Controls take some getting used to. I'm not having issues with multiplayer like everyone else...but only the host really benifits from multiplayer which is lame. Its also really stupid that one player is stuck holding an item and staying close to the team in order to keep them alive. Its not fun, its a chore.

Please add controller support. This is an amazing classic game, but the lack of controller support makes it unplayable for me and anyone else who hates touch screen controls. Additionally, adding the ability to cast the game to larger screens easily would be amazing.
