I cant even connect to my drone doesnt even appear when I try to connect through the app then it asks for a code when trying to connect through Bluetooth.

Will have to return. App is not compatible with Samsung Galaxy Prime but is with LG K20 PLUS. Drone is fully charged. Bluetooth On. All other apps are closed. After opening this app, it communicates w/ the drone and all lights are on. Next, there are 3 options/buttons: Training, Game, or Free Flight. Neither option works. For ex. clicked on Training, it says loading while giving instructions on setup, then app closes immediately. Tried all three options and got the same results. Disappointed.

bought 2 for sons bday and the app does not work. i connected the drone to my phone since no other smart device can support it in my house (out of like 8 android devices we tried). The app opened... Then as I connected it just closed. try again.... same..uninstalled..reinstalled. same thing. it was super dissapointing and a waste of $. Was embarassed I thought I got my kid an awsome gift but nope.

I'd give the app zero stars if I could. There are numerous vuforia errors littering the app which is causing the app to not function. Spin master apparently I has not felt obligated to update the app since 2016. Unable to connect drone or play the augmented reality game.

Drone was a serious waste of money. Can't use the drone if the only app that controls it doesn't even work. Application keeps crashing so drone can't be flown. Ended up having to returning the drone

app won't download on a pixel 2, crashes on an old s6 of mine, therefore was a waste of every dollar i spent on the drone as it hasn't left the ground yet. very disappointed
