Tips on becoming a school bus demo derby pro
This game does not only offer a fun demolition derby experience, but it is also a quite realistic simulator that offers real destruction and wreckage simulation as the buses crash against each other; furthermore the game brings very realistic vehicle physics making the driving experience feel very authentic. So to become a pro you need to make sure you take some time to practice as a high speed busdriver and experiment with the controls. Once you know how to drive your bus then it's time to learn how to ram and smash your rivals the right way. Here it is key to try and smash your opponents from the side as this will inflict most damage to them while minimizing your own damage. Also note that well placed and timed attacks can get your opponents bus to rollover which will leave them as a sitting duck for you to crash into a pile of debris. Watch out for head-on collisions as these have high impact on the health of both you and your rivals. When racing the dirt ovals you really need to develop your racing abilities as these events are more about smooth control than simply trying to demolish your adversaries. Try to learn and make subtle steering moves as you keep your vehicle on a smooth path cross the oval track. Like in any motorsports, practice makes perfect!

Tracks & boosters
Before every event you can pick a booster to enhance your chance of winning. These include armor, damage, nitro, and tire/wheel protection. All boosters are applied automatically, only the nitro needs to be applied by pressing the nitro button during game-play. Damage and armor are very useful in derby events while the nitro can really help you overtake rivals in offroad bangers races. Tip: nitro will recharge slightly upon smashing opponents!

Upgrades
Getting new upgrades for your city school bus is both useful and fun. At any demolition derby event you want to make a statement and showoff your bus to the crowd. Getting the right paint job for the bus makes all the difference. To crush your rivals and be the last man (bus) standing you will need to fit your vehicle with new armor, engine, and handling parts. Improving your bus is key to winning later events in which the opponents will get tougher to beat. Remember your rivals will not sit and wait either; they are looking to improve and become the next champ just like you. You choose your own strategy; go for more horse power; get better 4x4 drift handling, or arm your bus with extra armor to deliver max damage. Note than different racing tracks and events often require a unique racing tactic.
