Edit 2: sorry for misinforming you; their fix did not bring humans after all, they're just bots that sound more human in the chat. Back to 2 stars Edit 1: Meanwjile, something magic happened and now all of a sudden every time I open the app to play, my opponents are human, yay!! 2 star rating>>4 stars Of the 20+ times you open the app to play, you play against bots 19.5 times. A real shame, because if a person suddenly plays along once or twice a month, it really is the best game in the world.

Why i have to spend time to play game with bot only? I want to play with real people actually :( And please don't reply with "update to XXX version" or "send us an email...", it is only a template i know :( If you really want to reply, reply with solution, the issue is already clear here!

I had purchased the app when it was launched. I had access to lot of cards then. But after many updates, they are asking money for variety of decks. I had expected to not only receive new content being an early patron but the least of all to have access to my purchased content. This is such a money minded approach without caring for ebbed the people who have paid!

I bought a bunch of word packs & installed the app on a new device - now it wants me to purchase them again. Edit 2019: updating to the latest version did not help. Edit 2020: Updating to version 7 also didn't help. I'm not paying for these word packs I've already bought.
