You game needs another update keeps giving me an error message

Game doesn't work, posted about it via messenger, no reply for the past 48 hours, for a new game customer response is not that great. Game is working after 3 days, gameplay is good but store purchase is not available, so it is still in test phase. No proper information is given in their Facebook page.

Keep on frozen after doing some the activities. It was original look good but due to the many times reloading the game it kept on freezing in the same place.
