I bought this because Slay the Spire still isn't on Android yet and so far this one has been fairly satisfying. The cards are not as interesting as StS's and there aren't as many interesting synergies as StS. I agree with some critiques that this lacks some level of substance. It would be made 10x better if you could get perks/abilities outside cards like in other games of this genre. But it's very well optimized for mobile and it still satisfies that deck builder itch with no microtransactions.

Fun in the beginning but quickly becomes annoying because of how tedious and grind it is. Single player only, lack of content at end game where you're more likely to Uninstall than play through again. Even with luck on your side if the A.I. gets right cards you go from 50hp to zero without getting a second turn then have to start over.

Very fun rogue-like deck-builder game. I adore the artwork. The difficulty and character variations has me constantly switching up my strategies. I look forward to trying out the follow up game in the Meteorfall series and really hope the developers continue the series. The amount of content is worth the price, but I would definitely pay a bit more for a bit more content

I want to give this game five stars because it is charming and very well made the art is beautiful, the concept is simple but effective however... Their definitely feels like there is balancing issues I can't quite put my finger on it but after well over 20 run throughs of the game various characters and strategies something still feels off. Some enemies are just grossly skewed in their power level no matter what level you are or the general enemies are this is especially true with bosses.

This game is extremely short, and not worth the price. As the other reviewers have said, I have no idea how it's rated so highly, it's not good. The game is binary, and you can't choose your path. "Events" are less than 10 different ones, so you'll experience almost all of them in a single run. Runs are dictated by 100% rng, sometimes a regular monster can 1 hit you at full hp. None of the hero types are fun, either too strong or dies instantly. It took a day to beat, so I can't refund anymore.

Almost completely random. Entire runs go by without making any interesting decisions. Often, one bad shuffle and you get one-shot, ending the run without having done anything wrong. The buff icons cover the stamina number, and you usually can't check your current HP or decklist while making event decisions, so any potential player agency is frustratingly lost. Still kinda fun as a mindless Slay the Spire inspired game but without any depth.
