Can't get it as guest, it's saying I have account when I HAVE NEVER PLAYED THIS GAME!!! Like seriously 🙄😒😐😑

Doesn't even work. It loads up, I click continue as guest because I like to see how decent a game is before I trust them with my information, I get to point of building a dog walking business and all I see is the guy, the text box and the bouncing white hand. Everything else is black. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, everything.

Really wanted to play this game but alas cannot. You go to press to build your first store and nothing happens. Shut it down and reopen no background graphics and nothing happens.
