Upgrads cost to much. Along with the cost of purchasing certain apparatus. Also once medics load a patient into the squad they should leave the scene automatically. Like the wreckers do. It's a annoying having to go back and forth every time. Esp during game play. ALSO it shouldn't cost any thing to clear a "false alarm" only for it to come back a few minutes later. And then you charge them again to clear it. just another way to PiSS players off

Okay game. Fun to play but alliances are silent and there are no clear instructions on what to do in an alliance. Even in active alliances, no one answers any questions at all. It is challenging but gets boring fast.

Love the game would love to play it but just one problem. KEEPS CRASHINGS!!!! You would think that after six months of not playing becuase of the same issue I hear that they finally did an update and fix some bugs cool got all excited new event and everything but nope same issue I even wasted some of my money on you guys. thanks developer's thanks for nothing.

Very good game. It would be more fun if there where more options for the first responders example firefighter can pick up a victim away from a fire so EMS and treat them. The emergency doctor will need to be called if the victim is very injured or sick. One of the people on the ambulance can treat victim that don't need a doctor and transport them. Police officer can have a gun so you don't need to call SWAT team but it if gets out of hand than SWAT can respond.

Used to give this game five stars but since i had to do a factory reset on my phone I havent been able to get the game to load. Keep getting a message saying that thebfile may be corrupted and to reinstall. I have done so...twice. Still wont load. Please twll me how to fix this so I cam go back to five stars....

Game is fun, but can be boring quick. Challenges get repetitive very quickly, only changes when leveling up headquarters. Which would be fine if you didn't get the challenge right when you update your headquarters, but need to build a building before you can perform the challenge. Also needs a better balance of difficulty. As soon as the headquarters updates most of the challenges are updated to the higher level making very difficult to put out fires or keep people alive. Game also crashes.
