I love the idea of the app, but it needs improvements. I wish you could scroll through pages like a regular tablet instead of individual lines and tabs you have to click through. I hate how the advertisements on the Samsung kids tablet takes up half of the screen. It goes away when you scroll down, but jumps right back down when you scroll up. I wish the age I input actually filtered age appropriate apps. Its far too busy for uncoordinated kids. It even angers me trying to find anything on it.

I signed up, gave my credit card info for one year subscription. I camt even sign in, says account does not exsist, YET when I try to create account with same email address, says account already exists! This is driving me insane and I have a 3 year old asking every 5 minutes if the game is working again. Please help. Spent 45 mins on hold with samsung customer service via phone. Kathy

Installed automatically, and impossible to get rid of. :-( Edit: Let me make this clear, this app did not come pre-installed on my Samsung tab-a. I have been using it for years without issue, automatic updates were off. Suddenly this and a couple other annoying apps appear on my tablet, I didn't install them, no one else uses my tablet, they installed on their own when automatic updates were off! I cannot uninstall them, Only disable them.

I subscribed to this service 2 years ago and now can't unsubscribe! You can only do so from the app, I tried calling and emailing. Unfortunately the kids lost the tablet it was on and now I am being charged another year and can't unsubscribe because I can't log onto the lost tablet! It's absolute BS and a racket!

I like it but why cant you log out with just a button why put a code when kids dont know it but its a good app it even makes apps that cost money free to play i think all kids 5+ should try this its awesome! But please just add a log out button ITS PAIN TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE GAME AND WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PAY TO GET IN THE APP Its so hard to get in and out of the app please fix this cause im not going to a website to have this fixed

I've been meaning to speak my mind on this. What happened to the free kids mode app. You people updated it away, and in its place you brought Samsung Kids +. Now you want sixty bucks a year to pay for a function I already had. Can this be called bait and switch? Why yes, yes it can. After 2 years of paying for your so called service I would have spent enough money to buy a new tablet. The decision to update away a perfectly good app. Is not right to your customers. The 5 stars made you look
