The game is good and gets enjoyable as the difficulty increases. As on 9th July, when the game was launched some downloads were done and after that game is not loading at all. Also there are some glitches which needs to be fixed. Sometimes click doesn't work as expected and we end up losing orders or selecting different colored rooms for the customer. Sometimes even after the completion of the level, game continues and we have to quit the level and start it again.

Game has some glitches that make it bit bad. At times clock will be ticking but you can't perform action. The touch doesn't respond. I found a hack but still bad to exp this. Ads are okay. Game don't force it, but if you wish to upgrade faster then you have to see. However, Google has become mean now. It forces to see 30 secs ads now. They club two or more ads now. Earlier I use to encounter 5 secs ads as well but not Google will ensure to chew your 30 secs per ad. They will club 2-3 small ads.

It's a very fun game. I rate it 1 star because there are glitches. Before it got stuck in the loading screen (that's been fixed) but now, when you finish a level it can get stuck, and you have to do it al over again. I've been stuck in the" Arabian Night" many levels. Latest one is level 38. A not good working app is the worst. So 1 star

Since this recent in-game update it keeps downloading the data and when I press play the game crashes, this has been happening since Thursday, I'm getting more and more annoyed with the development teams progress as a customer. Look I like this game, alot and had issues with feedback options in the past too if this keeps happening how do you expect user keep using your game when there are way better options for same game available, fix this I'll rate better. P.S. still weekly event is nowhere?.

The game is fun if the designers would quit breaking it. The 1.9.5 release has broke the app. It loads and won't let you play. I spent a lot getting to level 10 and now it is all wasted because I can not play the game. I won't spend another penny with Big Red....on any game after this! Piss poor designing.

I installed this game based on a ad which shows correct floor placement of hotel guests. I have played some 420 levels and am in the last hotel of this game but still the level featured in the ad is not there... Also the last underwater hotel is full of technical glitches. As the ordered seafood gets dropped somewhere else on d screen .. in the game also even after u finish a level it doesn't show that we have successfully finished a level ..forcing us to play a level again and again...
