Very disappointed with the most recent update. It doesn't show up as available on my wife's phone for some reason (Galaxy A71, so certainly not an outdated model) but we carried on just using my phone. The game allowed us to answer a few questions before crashing after a wrong answer and refusing to switch to the other player's turn. I suppose this is the downside to having a game that relies heavily on technology; when it fails then you no longer have a game.

It is a fantastic concept for a quiz game with a brilliant mix of questions, some of which have audio and video clips attached that are regularly updated with current affairs. Our children love the fact it’s a mix of the classic board game and uses tablets/laptops etc. As a family we regularly play lots of games from Monopoly to trivial pursuit but Outsmarted is the firm family favourite! Our personal favourite feature and one of the main reasons that prompted us to buy is the fact that questions can be tailored for the age of the player. We regularly play as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The fact that a child can play against an adult on the same format quiz game and beat the adult is a huge confidence boost for the children. The team at Outsmarted have been fantastic too, any issues or queries have been answered and dealt with quickly from day one. We absolutely love Outsmarted and highly recommend to anyone from 2 players to playing with multiple families online etc it’s a fantastic quiz game!!

Excellent game the combo of board and online is great. We have played many times since getting the game at Christmas. We play with family members over zoom so is a really social event. We have an additional tablet showing the board, I think having the virtual board is good but could be more interactive but understand this is a board game not all online so fine line as to how far it is taken online. Really worth the money as it has a long life with the questions being from an online store.

Updated review for V1.3. I have had this game since launch day and it really is superb, every update adds new features, currently we are on v1.3 and it runs flawless, the virtual board has now been added so can now be played anywhere. if children are playing you can set their level to junior or teen as required and they will have questions specifically for them meaning this is truly a family game. What a fantastic game this is and the possibilities for new features are endless.

Has deleted the user data about 5 times so deletes all my stats. Also I can't add players as I can't fill all fields (only fields available are names which are filled in). Really cool update. Now have the virtual board, however doesn't seem to be a way to keep track of the tokens on there. Guessing it will all come in time honestly

This is a brilliant game for keeping families playing together. A minor hitch in the update was completely rectified in less than 24hrs. It is the most enjoyable quiz game we have played as a family and we have lots. It is completely up to date with its questions which makes it relevant to all age groups. You also get the option to set the questions at the appropriate age group so everyone can play fairly. We love the new interactive board and are really excited to see how the game evolves.
