I look forward to playing this game daily and beating challenges, but the last 3 days I have been unable to get on. It will load then exit me out. I write this after deleting and redownloading for the same thing to happen. I'm going to delete it and lose all my progress since I'm unable to play... Guess I'll download a different app even though this was always my favorite. No point in it taking up space if I'm unable to play it at all.

This used to be a fun and challenging app for me, but as of the latest update, where ads pop up in the middle of solving the daily puzzle, it is no longer a pleasant experience for me. These ads make my device freeze and crash at times, not to mention the annoying interruptions they are. I am going to look for an alternative crossword puzzle app. I am very disappointed.

Way too many ads now... was 1, now 3 per game, at least 2 are 30+ seconds and auto open the play store! The last ad is always right before the last letter goes in. I have bought coins to play additional games, but that doesn't count. They now want $5/mo to remove ads... ads they just pumped up to force the need. I played and supported for around 3 years. Very disappointed... They should be ashamed of themselves. I'll abandon all my coins and free puzzles and find a better version.

I have not been able to play this game for about 2 weeks now. It stays on the opening screen and will not advance. I have emailed them twice, they respond with a question about my OS version, I answer back, but that is all I receive. I had a daily streak of around 950, but now its gone because I can't access this game. Tried reinstalling, did not work.

Just deleted my 5☆ review; the new Update sucks Big Time. I don't mind, even expect Ads before & after solving a crossword. But Now Ads pop up unexpectedly when you're in the middle of working through a puzzle, adding to your solving time. Apparently I can remove those Ads by paying $4.99, which is reasonable...EXCEPT it's called a 30 Day Pass, which I assume means Ads only disappear for 30 days, then pop up again, until you pay the monthly Hostage fee. $60yr! A once great app, ruined by GREED.

So I have been playing this game for over a year. Loved it, past tense. It has been updated - no longer saves completed games, it says continue playing on each calendar day now, pop up ads are now popping up during game play. Super close to dumping the game and finding a new crossword game. You have taken something which I thoroughly enjoyed, and ruined the experience for me.
