The app and books are a HUGE waste of time and money. App does not work AT ALL! It freezes as soon as it starts and uninstalling it and redownloading does NOTHING! Vert disappointed and upset about this. You really need to fix your apps or give everyone a refund for the purchase and pull your product from shelves.

Doesn't work. Downloaded with no problems but once open, gets frozenon the screen that says to scan qr code and has no ability to actually scan. I cannot get past this first page. I have purchased a whole set of 6 books and none of them will launch past this first scan page. Its so very frustrating.

Will not load. Freezes before allowing me to scan QR code. This makes it useless. All of the books doing this.

Stuck at loading screen that says to scan we code in book. No way to scan in app. Scanning with camera out of app does nothing. Waste of money and now have a crappy gift from Santa that is disappointing my kids.
