First of all its not really a game. Its more of a VR horror experience walkthrough. The only interactions are picking up and reading letters. This is done by looking at them. The collectables you just go near to pick up but these seem somewhat redundant and serve no obvious purpose. The "game" its self is fairly good. Its a decent length. The graphics are pretty good. Character movement is fluid. Game atmosphere and soundtrack are spot on. Some fairly chilling scenes but nothing jump scare from my perspective. My only real criticism is the ending. If it is the ending and not just a game bug as its hard to tell. After you get outside the screen just goes black with a nursery rhyme playing on repeat and nothing to actually say its the end.....

Ok, this is definitely a nicely creepy game! Motion is pretty fluid, at least with a bluetooth controller, I didn't try navigating without one. You seem to really only need one button ("select" on my controller) from what I can tell. Good atmosphere, plenty of sudden noises and things moving to keep you on edge. Very dark imagery, not something anyone should let little kids play. The scenery is quite decent, sounds are realistic enough. The only question I'd have at this time is if there is a way to look at the items you've picked up. You find a map early on, but if there's a way to look at it later, I must have missed it. I haven't finished the game yet. Decided to take a break and write this review after about 40 min of play. Good scary fun, definitely worth the buck.

Ok so when the game starts you are immersed into a dark chilling room to which you must look for clues to aid progression. The ambience of the game provides enough atmospheric noises and jump scares along the way as you progress further and further until you reach the end of the game. Enough to keep you wanting to play further without getting bored. The graphics are decent enough for vr. Overall this is a decent vr game, to scare the pants off you for an hour, well done to the developers.

This looks very promising but so far the issue I'm having is that it keeps booting me out of the game every so often. I haven't even begun to play it and it shut down. My phone is compatible and my controls work, but I don't understand why it keeps shutting down.

Ok I've played this game twice now it really has a long game play n yes it has crazy(heart pounding) jumpscares, horror games r relied on sound effects n kudos to this games sound effects. One thing I didn't like was d way it ended, other than that worth d price.

Please help you're reviews say this game is good and i really want to play but it wont let me. To elaborate the game starts with a warning and a loading bar but it stops at about 25% and holds four about 1 min then the loading bar fills up to full and it just boots you back to the homescreen, if you try to go back into the game it starts the whole thing over again, i liked THE BET and i really wanted to play this please fix

About this app

10th September 1976 - Last evening I received a call from Jacob about strange activities being reported by people around the abandoned Oak Valley Asylum in England. I have heard about this place before from my seniors at the Paranormal Research facility, but did not pay much attention to it. It's not like Jacob to call over small incidents, so it must be something serious.

I spoke to Elizabeth about Jacob asking us to take a trip to England to do our research in this place, and she is excited about it. I on the other hand am not too keen on this idea. There is something in my mind that is stopping me. One would say that after years researching the paranormal and chasing ghosts that I would not be afraid, but there are certain places where the pain is so much that power of the negative energies consumes everything around it.

I did some research about this abandoned hospital and found out that this place was shut down abruptly at the start of 1967. There are rumors about many deaths and ill-treatment of the patients in this asylum in many reports, but the one thing that stands out is the story of two sisters which died horrifying deaths.

Should this trip be taken?

John
