Well, when I press the people icon, nothing happened

Love the idea, what a way to educate. Needs more instructions at the start,
had no idea what letting a building go to zero meant until I made the link
between the four buildings and the four bars at the top, maybe a sharper
snap to each area of the city, and I got a medal after 19 years and had no
idea what it meant.
