Update: taking off 2 stars because after the last update it keeps running errors. The latest one is while loading - it gets to 79% and shows error. Won't load up past the 79%. Please fix this. I love this game - you are never bored. It's fun to participate in events, lottery, timed quests. And if you're patient you don't necessarily have to spend real money on this. Having lots of neighbors is a plus but you don't depend on them like in other games.

I've had nothing but issues. Didn't get today's bonus. My game has been doing nothing but freezing up. Lost all my bonuses with the new adventure game this past week. Buying the ticket to play the game and then not able to the whole time. Then contact for assistance and I get none at all.

I dropped the rating down. It is a dog on shame. It is a fun and addicting game,but of late it boots me off every single time I turn around. I have updated it unistalle reinstalled and still no luck. It is very frustrating. I have put money into the game a lot of time and to keep getting booted off over and over. I am about to quit this game period. My wife is having trouble as well.

Since I updated this game yesterday, I can't do the new task. When I go to the task, none of the buildings are there. I can clear trees and bushes, but no buildings to build. Please fix this. Right now I have given this game a star rating of 2. Fix the problem and I will go back to a 5 star rating.

So here we are yet again tech error I can't log in and I was ranked no. 1 and now that's gone I'm sure. Can't even get to help. Love the game when it works, I had 2 updates and they didn't work to solve the issue. Players beware. And my rating went down again for this game, started at 5 now I rate it a 1. Until it gets better, sorry guys.

I initially loved this game. Got hooked on it. Then they updated it, now I can't any progress. I have sent several messages explaining the problem, but they won't fix it. They just take your money and run. Do not download this game
