I'm upset. I bought a bundle incl 100 tikets and it never showed up, and I don't have any way to know how long my issue will take to resolve. Granted it's not a huge amount of money but I sure don't care to spend any more only to get gypped again maybe. Not pleased.

Great game. Easy to play and graphics are nice. Had an issue with getting the items I purchased, and months later i still havent gotten my money back or the ticket bundle i bought. But it is a fun game of bingo.

The Daily Prize shouldn't only be 4 tickets. What is 4 tickets going to do? Also, no power ups is included in the daily prize. Power ups should always be given in daily prize. To find the puzzle pieces shouldn't be timed there should be a way to be able to get more tickets and power ups if need be through watching videos which majority of the other bingo apps have...

7/10/19 Absolutely gutted alsorts of issues now. I dont recieve my 4 bingo points when I get them this has happened twice now and just recently I've reloaded the game 3x and it locks up after bingo round finishes causing me to completely exit outta the game and the start all over again. I have had no feed back from the support team so I certainly not buying products anymore. (Ps we are broad band/wifi) Recently I have taken to bingo story which I'm really enjoying for now.

At the end as it calls last ball it calls game over at same time I have bingos and never get them because of that. you'll tap the bingo it won't show it so I tap again then it tells me someone must of tapped to soon so I don't get it that way either. I like the game but very aggravating when toucan get your bingos

You guys will not fix this game! Everyone is complaining! Doesn't give you all your points. Doesn't pay out enough for tournaments. You're losing players. Too many glitches just like your other bingo games. Cute concept, poorly executed.
