I have purchased the millionaire pack again because I've bought it several times and didn't receive it. It's almost $15 each time, I have had several issues with purchasing items or packages for this game since I installed it years ago. This time I can't even report it to have it corrected because that area isn't working when I click on the link to report it.

Love this game. Just really bummed that it's over at level 30. Need to add more levels!!!!!! It has now been 3 months since I got to the max level 30 and there has been no new levels added so deleting the game cause now all they are doing is these specials and wanting you to spend money.

Hi dear developer! I appreciate your work, I really love this game. I have been playing this game from more then 1 year. But now i m upset because this game is end on level 30. I played all levels... And now i want more levels please do some favor add some more levels plz... This game is included in my daily routine... I m addicted of this game... ❤❤💝

Love this game. However, only gave 4 stars because getting rubies to open rooms takes FOREVER! Rubies are hard to get. Makes it frustrating. Going up levels but not enough rubies to open any rooms so leveling up is anti climatic. Why? Every time you "fix my town" I lose 1 to 2 event levels.

Really like and enjoy the game. However after an issue I reported my game was to be fixed. I haven't been able to get back into my game since this on 3/6/21. When trying to load my game I just have a pop up message saying edit. As I cant load my game I cant get back in to contact customer support about it. I don't want to uninstall and lose all my progress or game packs I have purchased.

****** Edited to add that pixowl was great about fixing my issue and also with getting back to me asap. I will continue to play and love this game.......Love this game and ive spent alot on gems and stuff.. Seasonal passes with each new holiday etc that has come out and never had an issue till now i bought another 130 gems for 5.33 and the game glitched and it took my money but didnt give me my gems so just watch your purchases
