That is why you must avoid the white cells and only attack the red blood cells to completely infect the human body with the deadly virus.

The game is similar to a color tap game where you tap a specific color and avoid tapping the wrong colors. In the game, as you act as a virus who is trying to attack a human body, you must only attack the red colored cells. If you hit the white cells, the game is over. Be the toughest infector and build a high score as you infect the red cells.
