This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Hangman - PENdroid on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

The basis of this game is the popular hangman game but it has been completed with some exciting functions. The game contains words in several different categories in English, German and Hungarian. At first, three categories may be opened. To complete one, players have to solve 35 words in a row, after which a new category can be opened. There are three levels of difficulty and the game registers at which level and in which category the player is.

The game contains two game mode:
• Until the end
• Foreign language

Until the end: After having solved a word, the skeleton is not deleted and the penalty points are added to the next word. This type of game contains three helps:
• it reveals an unknown letter in the word,
• changes the word to another one,
• decreases penalty points (erases a bone from the skeleton).
The number of letters originally given in the words differentiates the levels of difficulty.

Foreign language: There is no help in this game mode, yet the meaning of the word is given in the chosen language. There is difference among difficulty levels:
At ‘hard’ level the skeleton is not deleted but the penalty points are added to the next word.
At ‘medium’ level a bone is erased from the skeleton after a word has been solved.
At ‘easy’ level the skeleton is fully reset after a word has been solved.
In percentage the game provides the same number of letters in every word.
