I like this app. It used to be my fav. If u have an issue & email them, they respond fast. The shipping is expensive, but u can get discounts. When u have to get the pieces to win a big prize it gets harder the more you get. The biggest thing I've won is the cotton candy maker. But you can win, and you will get ur prizes. Idk about the really expensive prizes though.

The responsiveness of the controls to the claw are absolutely horrible. There is a 5 second delay for even the slightest of movement which might not sound bad but its terrible because you only get 25 seconds to maneuver it around. I would also say the amount of coins you must use just for one play is a bit high especially with their concept of having to play multiple times to "collect all the pieces" to even get the prize you're going for. Overall i would say, dont waste your time with this app.

Pros: there is a large variety of prizes Cons: when you are working towards the higher value prizes, you have to collect a set number of pieces which you get by winning. The closer you are to getting all the pieces, the harder it is to win. For instance, it becomes impossible to join games as the link will always time out and the claw isn't as strong. If you play in the dame exact room (there's only like 10 rooms across ALL prizes), you'll have no problem connecting and winning.

Rigged or way to glitchy. I was playing a game and it was very lagged which is ok as long as it gets where I planned.The problem is when the video cuts out before the claw comes up.The last straw was when I know for sure I caught a stuffed prized dead center.As soon as it locked on the feed cut off.When I got back I played again no one else in the game and suddenly the prize I caught was no longer there.But one was tossed on the other side of the game.Not In a way the claw would've dropped it.

Honestly super annoyed with this app, cant find a decent claw game to play, the claw crashes like every time I play ans doesn't refund my coins I earn, won prizes dont register and give me the pieces for it, I just want to win some damn prizes

The game doesn't give you credit for your wins and when you contact support they won't give you your prize that you paid to win and when you do win they don't send you your prizes and when you contact them they tell them that you haven't received your prize they lie and say it was delivered when nothing was ever was delivered I've been waiting over a year for my prizes and they just keep giving me the runaround for a year and now they're saying they're not going to send my prizes
