I love the game itself. But I've been having problems and the response from support was "we'll make a note of that". Edit: my problem was the special event showing the words from "Hawaii" even though the name of the event changed. I've just seen another review, so I'm not the only one experiencing this, but support didn't say they were already aware, or looking into it or anything. Update 19/12: the event is now "jingle bells" and the words are still snorkel, aloha, maitai and greeting.

It's been over a month and support has done nothing about the words that don't change. The theme changes periodically but the words stay the same as others have said. Not sure why this has not been addressed. When I put in a support ticket their response suggested that they didn't understand the issue so I clarified just to get another canned response.

The last update caused more problems than it fixed. Profile pics missing, lost ability to save pics to gallery.

Been playing for over 7 years. But in last more than a year dont get any words dor badges. So sad as I'm stuck on 28. Written to the app maker a few times but no resolution. With each update, it seems to get worse.

This game wqs free on Facebook in a slightly different format - the concept is the same. Used to be a great group guessing game with lots to offer. This 1v1 format is not as engaging or free flowing but can still be a lot of fun. My score is heavily influenced by the price, 6 dollars is a high for what you get out of this, especially when you consider there are free alternatives. There are no forced ads but you are constantly asked if you want to watch one for something. Sad I missed refund.
