expensive game , you need to spend real money in order to get ahead as there aren't many real players anymore. FB removed the game in Feb so they made an app a few mths later, There are a lot of fake accounts alts who play the vortex all the time in order to get the top spots for the rewards. You won't get collections finished or medals as there isn't that many people playing to exchange gifts. Drop rates on tickets is now bad to make avatars etc b4 2x now 3x needed

This game is such a disappointment. I used to love it as a browser game, but as a mobile game it's just boring. There's barely any other player ever online and it's impossible to compete or raid, not to mention visit other islands - which hadn't been a problem in web (so I can win ranking no problems lmao). The drops and bonuses are miserable compared to the game expenses so leveling up takes forever. I thought the devs would make it better by this time but nobody there scratches. I'm sad.

Absolutely awful technical support. The devs don't respond to bug report nor bother fixing them, and they have a pretty annoying attitude if they bother answering at all. Way to ruin a game that would otherwise be fantastic. Despite this being a multi-player server game there's barely ever anyone online. I honestly don't understand why. But on the other hand there are plenty opportunities to waste your money in it.
