Finally customer service returns to the game and is actually helping people. guild lord needs the "level up algorithm" applied like the merchant prince. so much little detail applied in this game a lot is useless and other areas of the game that need more attention aren't getting it.

new server(s) need desperately! its a collection of large players who have paid to play from 20 servers down to 2 servers! please! for the love of god! add more servers!!!

I've written a review already, but I'll write one AGAIN. First off the game isn't as advertised so don't get all excited or your hopes up. secondly if you play it, it's a pay to win game so be prepared to spend huge money to get anywhere. Thirdly since they did the recent update the game keeps crashing and won't let you log in. this is the second day of not being able to log on.

I have no been able to login since the last update. I have cleared my data, cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still crashes every time I try to play.
