Pathetic game! Won't let you design rooms unless you're at a particular level, can't advance levels unless you design rooms. Now the stupid game won't even open! Worst part, there is NO customer service-ZERO-they refuse to even reply to just one of my many COMPLAINTS about the problems with this game-not even once, no response whatsoever!! So stuff them. I'm going to spend my money elsewhere. Wish I could give it NO STARS!! UNINSTALLING. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

I love this game but I have not been able to play it for over a week it will say something like welcome back Facebook login user or close to that then nothing it's like its froze

I was enjoying this game but now it's frozen on the "Warehouse" screen 1st step...claimed. What do I do I was having fun but I can't do anything on that page but exit out of the game totally. Please correct the problem or advise me what I can do.

The game isn't starting at all. After login it's stuck at the front page. There's no start button, nothing! 🙄

I absolutely love this game. But one thing that is really annoying is that when doing challenges, when you click one of em to design, there's like this weird annoying glitch where everything is already filled in. A lot with stuff that doesn't match the requirements and that I don't own either, so there's these price tags filling the room. So I spend the first few minutes taking all this furniture down before I can start my own design, which kinda takes away the fun.

fun but!!!!! So just started this game level 6 right now and I guess the game is still teaching me how all the features work. Wants me to collect gems I already collected but won't allow me to go from there. Game will not allow me to move to next step. Have tried force stopping multiple times and still not working and it's too bad cause I love this types of games and this is best 1 by far. 😢 Can I get my stuff I bought back?
