Much better after the update. Instructions on how to use the interface to make customized NPCs are now available. Better user interface and editable tables. Very useful app for quick NPCs.

I really like the app. It's got all the pertinent information that I like to have for my NPC's. I don't understand why I can't pick a level higher than 4 though. If I could get at least level 15 available I'll increase my rating.
