I've had this game for a very, very long time. After years of fun, they switched to ads, but offered option to pay to remove the ads. I payed and the ads were gone. I went a while without playing but returned with the ads again. Emailed them and was told the ad-free isn't permanent. Clicking on the ad option, to see if I can remove does nothing. I get no response. I hate that I spent so much money into this game and it's a dump now. I hate ads.
