I wish they would bring back Pocket Planes, don't know why they got rid of it but in the meantime pocket trains is just as good, fun, and addicting. Oh did I mention there are ZERO ads! No joke, absolutely zero ads to waste your time, because really, that's what life is based around. And not to sound corny or anything, but 30 seconds after 30 seconds after 30 seconds after 30 seconds eventually adds up and that's a lot of wasted time that we don't ever get back.

Great game, in-app purchases aren't necessary at all. I love planning out and minmaxing all the trains, though that of course is optional too. My only few minor gripes I can think of right now are Events starting in cities in a different continent you don't even have a license for, there being no sliders for music and SFX, trains break down a little too often, and how you can't see the city of origin of a job. 4½ out of 5, rounded up to 5 because I respect Nimblebit's customer support highly.

In the same way you can tell a city has cars in the stockyard, perhaps using different shapes, a person could tell how large the stockyard is. Maybe a little picture of a Stock Yard full of train cars with different shapes for different sizes, different size circles, whatever... Otherwise, you must remember how many cars will fit in each City. Or check each City on the map to be sure. You wouldn't know how many cars were there, only how many it could hold, 'by looking at the map'...

I updated to get the map updates. Sadly, this update F'd the way advertisement works as well. It used to be that you clicked, watched an ad, get bucks. Feeling very natural since your trains were riding anyway. Now you click and get a Menu!!! to watch ads. Some free coins and 4 ads (bucks, coins, crate, bucks). With a long while before you can use it again. This menu thing feels so wrong whilst playing that it kills part of the fun this game gives. Please restore the old system.

For some reason the app continues to crash no matter what I do. I have the VIP package and yet I can't play the game. In the end, a waste of money

Great game, notch (punchhole) support needed. On the motorola edge+ with a punch hole cam, the game does not follow the full screen settings, resulting in the remaining trip time obstructed behind camera hardware
