I swear by all that is holy if you all don't do something to fix the disconnected from server error issues everyone is experiencing with this game.....I can't even access the store tab without the game crashing on me to try and buy anything to support you developers. It doesn't matter whate network I'm connected on my home network is gig speed. I have a newer phone a LG Stylo 6. Despite your generic response it is clear you have no intention of fixing this problem that has been around for a year

final thoughts after 200days and 10.000£ spent. Last 3 updates did not bring any playable and up to date content. The next will only add an extra pay to win features to increase power and besides that Europe is left with only 2 servers, players quit. shops are outdated all the time, no matter the patch, current events give items for lv.150 where everybody is level160 and needs 160item. The game is overpriced, updates are bringing outdated content and it is underlooked by the developers.

The game is good at first but this updates are becoming ridiculous. If you're a free to play player you will be left behind and maybe not even get a rewards from their events. It's totally unbalanced. The more U spend the more stronger U become. And then get rekt on older server during Velangort events. Not much content but they keep adding more items on cash shop so they can milk U more. I threw some money on this game to support it but they are just getting too greedy now imo.

Server issues seem to be rampant after my nearly year long hiatus on the game and I cannot find any way to contact support or anyone relevant to ask about some disconnect codes or error prompt codes. I would be enjoying the game if I could actually play it longer than 15 seconds at a time.

Amusing looking autoplay game but the disconnects are real and a deal breaker for me before even hitting any paywall. Also seems to constantly push full-screen popup ads in your face which i didn't care for. Shame as the game itself looks decent.

This is a good game. However you need to improve on the stability issue. It's not fun to fight in dark presence, pvp, world boss and suddenly the game just crashed on you. I use Black shark 2 device which I presume should be good enough to play your game. I also tried the game on emulator, the same crash issue occurs all the same. So please resolve the stability issue.
