The game is great there is no ads which is kind of cool, the reason why i put 3 stars is because in the trick dictionary you have 5o wait for an ad so you can unlock a new trick i mean like put an update or something, what the hell is the trick dictonary gonna do. But anyways the game was pretty fun, I missed the game since i played it 2 years ago, One more thing (isn't related to my ratings) is that it updated that they fix the bugs but i don,t remembering it lagging

Alright. In-depth review, more-or-less: The pros: 1. Machines/Tricks are pretty varied, some are even satisfying to watch. Maybe even moreso with the sound on, but I always have it off. 2. You can watch ads for more tricks instead of having to use money. And yes, you can get them all this way. I did once the vanilla tricks got less fun to watch. 3. The Tricks Dictionary can be helpful if you're the kind of person who wants an idea of what tricks to use with eachother. 4. The process as a whole can be satisfying/relaxing/just nice to watch. The cons: 1. While machine/tricks are varied, the endings are not. At least, not as much. I understand the mascot/character is there to represent the game, but I also feel there may be more variety without it. Or even more so if you keep the ones that use it and add ones that don't. 2. This one may just be me, but the music is annoying. It probably would have made me just close the game completely if I hadn't turned off my volume. (This was before I was aware you could turn it off.) So maybe try different music? 3. If you save a trick, the loads won't continue on properly. I've seen this with crosses/bridges more than anything. If you lose the game and try to change the cross/bridge, it keeps part(s) of the previous one (the one that was there when you loaded it). While this can add a tiny bit of variety, it's more frustrating because you have to bomb the whole thing to do different crosses/bridges. 4.) Again, while the machines/tricks are varied, the 'straight' section has way more than any of the others, and, due to how it's set up, you basically have to make a whole thing of straights just to experience them all. The middles?: 1. This one can be both a pro and a con. Contrary to a different review, you can 'fail'. It's not a whole, but 'Game Over' thing, but if one of your tricks doesn't work with another, it stops and you don't progress unless you start over, and maybe even replace one of the tricks. This is a pro in the sense of adding a bit more variety with the thought of: 'it doesn't work that way, maybe it will work this way'. It is also a con because you can go through a whole setup just for it to stop near the end or in the middle and you have to deal with playing through from the start or just scrapping the entire thing.

You know those games that, no matter how much time passes and how many different phones/devices you go through, you always re-install? Rube Goldberg Machine is one of those apps for me. Even if it isn't the absolute best app by some standards, it's one that I keep coming back to and one that deserves more recognition & praise than it's gotten.

fun and good game until the long machine only works on the left of the right i can't put it at the middle😢 also every time I get a new trick guess what!! I got the same ad all over again😠!! very unfair

We happily paid for the full bundle. I just wish the tricks all worked. For example the 270R and Ball Transporter tricks have always failed on our tablet. Thanks!!

Its the WORST GAME EVER!!! When I opened it for the first second, it was immediately boring. This is even worse than it's ads!
