used to really love this game, but they keep constantly changing things and now it's all about collecting keys, not cats. Also the glitches make the experience all the more frustrating. Also the recent cat "designs" are very unimaginative. If you love plants and cats being morphed together and spending hours collecting keys to get 1 of these creatures. Then this is the game for you!

Cancelled my VIP sub today ($9.99/month). The cats are adorable but the devs keep making unnecessary changes and don't or are unwilling to listen to the feedback of the people who have played this game for a long time. They're becoming more of a pay to play game. Constant glitches that they won't compensate us for even though we spent real money for certain things (that don't work correctly due to the glitches). They also took away the chat feature for all new accounts a while ago.

I am missing thousands and thousands of coins because the ads for bonus coins more often than not freeze and crash the game. Now, during an event, I cannot even open the game and only get a black screen. I have written to customer service many times about the ad problem and they just brush it off with they know about it and will give compensation when it's fixed. When will it be fixed? Nobody knows.. over a year so far. Seems like I'm being lied to.

I started playing this game about a year ago. I love cats and the cats are very cute, and the player community is generally positive. Over the past several months, there have been many changes made that have caused gameplay to be more frustrating and less rewarding. There have also been bugs that the developers are slow to fix. The truly irritating thing is that Mino acts indifferent to player feedback, even lots of cancelled VIP subs, which suggests either arrogance or incompetence. Unfortunate

I used to love this game, but the game keeps changing, and unfortunately not always for the better. It is inaccessible with the poor internet I get in the summer. It takes up a TON of storage, every time there is an update I have to find things I'm able to delete from my phone to make room. It is still cute and I love collecting all of the floors. I wish they would repeat some of the event floors for new players. I've missed a few myself I'd like a chance to get.

I've been subscribed for years, but lately all the bugs and changes have made it a struggle to enjoy the game. The bugs have caused me to lose money, achievements and the adds cause my phone to crash. The team game points system are set too high and the levels of floors take too long too scroll down. Same with the items in the inventory.
