For weeks now I have been unable to access my mailbox, meaning I can't collect energy or my guild rewards. I have repeatedly sent help requests together with screenshots and every time I am told that they will check and fix it. I also sent a message on this site and was again told that they would fix it. Nothing has been done and it is very frustrating. What is the point of sending a help request when nobody will help. The last two emails I've sent haven't even been replied to. Very poor service.

Will never play this game again. Everything was going perfectly well untill you guys Introduced the "Guild". I've never had any problems with the connection, that was untill you guys started with these new updates. Every time I login the guild has connection problems. I sent emails and listen to you guys advice, it didn't work. Then I uninstall and reinstall just to lose ALL MY PROGESS. They started me over to the very beginning. Very disappointed, what a waste of time and effort.

Edit: regular problems connecting to guild server meaning I lose my place. Frustrating. Love the concept but too slow to progress. I do about 3 levels then am suddenly stuck on one. Unless you use your diamonds there are lots of levels you just cannot get passed. I have to wait days to get enough to move on. It would get expensive if I was purchase these. Losing interest. Update and reduced star rating - sorry! I persevered but but with the recent updates you have made it impossible.

EDIT: My star rating and original comment is staying , I just have a slight issue with it connecting to the guild server....I have checked my internet connection as it suggests but having no luck with it connecting 😔. I love it, don't like waiting for an update tho lol but I'm not a game developer and have no idea what it requires to get it all up and running, so from me, keep up the good work, I'll continue to play once you are able to update 😁

Was one of my favorite cooking games but it got to the point where I had to start spending too much money. Last night, I logged on in the pizza restaurant at level 39, and noticed that I had lost all the equipment upgrades, including the extra tray that you have to use gems to purchase. Since I don't have enough coins or gems to upgrade again, there is no way for me to pass the levels. I will be forced to quit the game.

The game is fun and does get challenging, but that's some of the fun. There have been issues with connecting to the guild server. The main thing I'm disappointed in though, is after only two restaurant renovations, it goes to just levels, no more renovations or storyline.
