It's a very bad app. I am using this after a long time but the moment I had made in this is not withdrawing. It just only show every time to go to level up, but when every i try after the level up it shows the same again. The joy coin I had collected that also i had tried to trnf in my paytm account but the joy coin is deducted but the amount is not trnfered.

If you are using the game to make some money remeber you will not get anything. I have used it for over 3 months. Their support team sometimes respond to review asking to write to them but they will never respond to your query or email. The money you make in the game will never come to your account.It will simply show successfully withdrawal but you will not get anything into your Paytm account. Even though you complete KYC and everything they ask for.

Good app to play and earn but when i want to withdraw money from casy points then it asked for mobile verification and govt. ID verification, and when trying to submit govt. Id, the page unable to take the data and not updated the id verification. Its a big problem to withdraw money.

I was able to with draw the money but it never got credited to my Paytm account. It's been almost 3 weeks. Even after rasing the issue it is not yet resolved. No reply from minijoy side. West of time.

Not want to give one star also. i have redeemed 2 vouchers and mini cash withdrawal but i didn't get it in my paytm wallet ,i have done kyc and bind the paytm also. It has been almost a month redeeming both vouchers and cash.Reply as soon as possible.
