I really enjoy the game. Graphics are smooth, the storyline is imaginativeand the characters are sweet. Two things mar the game. First, the mere section has too many items, including energy that takes too long to regenerate. Secondly, the storyline jumps around a bit too frequently. On the whole, the game is a lot of fun if you remember to go back in after energy and items have regenerated.

It's simple, easy, and fun, but the energy cap and energy refill time is a problem. As you continue in the story, the orders that need to be filled have high level items that require way more then the 100 energy cap given, and while it would be understandable to have to refill your energy to complete an order, needing it refilled 3, 4, 5 times (and sometimes even more then that) is way too much to complete 1 order.

I really enjoyed this game at first, but now they've changed it and made it almost unplayable. You can only use certain items a few times (usually for less than a minute) before it has to "recharge" for hours. It was fine when it was only one or two specific things, but now it's everything, so within 5 minutes the entire game is unplayable because everything is recharging. And of course the only way to speed up the process is to use the gems they keep trying to sell me.

Upgrading gift packs disappear after the countdown timer. I saved my red pack to be able to merge to the larger pack. It had a 20 min countdown timer, so I put my phone down and played another game while waiting. After returning to the game, upgraded box disappeared. I know I didn't use it because I wasn't able to open anything, and my board reflected this. I reached out to customer service only to be told that I opened and used it. No help and no restoration.

Just becomes repetitive. Made it to level 20 but the items to merge just became so many combinations that your 100 level lasted just enough to get through maybe three merges. Then the money you earned paid for items that seemed pointless, and they were high amounts. Game would be better if you didn't have to use all your energy sometimes three times just to get one merge complete. One merge, the dogs, I tried to get the whole game and didn't even come close due to recharging. Uninstalled

I like this game, and would have ranked it higher, but the cost to play for more than 10 minutes three times a day is pretty high for a pay to play game. I definitely have no issue paying to play a game I like, but this one is tipping the scales a bit. After I expend my latest purchase I might just uninstall if the scales dont tip a bit on energy expenditure, energy gain per hour, and purchase cost of energy.
