Hello, I purchased an offer today. I paid with my own credit card to get some items (money, gems and energy), the payment was allowed. However, when I came back, I lost all of what I previously got. My progression went down as well. I dont know where I can either get back my money or my progression, but I am really upset by this. Awaiting an answer from you.

I loved this game, spent real money to advance only to find out the stupid thing isnt even a finished game yet. Waited forever for the last update-not sure what they did but they did NOT finish the storyline. Im surprised those if us who put actual cash into this arent demanding refunds Theres nothing that says this is an incomplete game Shame on you developers

I got the same problem, it started off very well but then crashed at this task where I go out on a date. Tried reinstalling, reboot, everything & now learnt that others have the same experience as I too. Please fix this as soon as possible, it's a wonderful game

Wonderful game. I play every day. I just wish it didnt take so long to gain enough energy to do task and we should get more money too. But other than that its my favorite game 💖

Paid for Diamonds and cashed some of them in for Energy. It has made me do the same missions over again costing me more energy. Reported it to the game a couple times (as this has happened a couple times) and NOT One Response.

So it starts off well as I came to the relationship thing and started hanging out with a random guy the game suddenly stopped and went back to my home screen . I tried like a dozen of times it kept crashing for no reason I met the system requirements plus I uninstalled and reinstalled 10 TIMES no its not my phone cuz I tried my parents phones same plus my ipad same thing happens please fix it
