About this app

It is ideal for parents and teachers who want to help kids develop and
increase their math skills.

How it works - select the game you want to play from the menu:

Grouping Brackets in beginner mode, play at your own pace.
Grouping Brackets in beginner mode, play against the clock.
Exit
Grouping Brackets in advanced mode, play at your own pace.
Grouping Brackets in advanced mode, play against the clock.

In the play at your own pace mode, click on the Help button for
a step-by-step guide on how to solve the mathematical expression.

In the play against the clock mode, you have 60 seconds in beginner mode
and 120s in advanced mode to solve as many math expressions as possible.

After 60 or 120 seconds, your score and skill level will be displayed.
The skill level rating is calculated by subtracting the player's total
number of incorrect answers from the player's total number of correct
answers.

For example, if a player had 14 correct answers and 5 incorrect
answers, the player's skill level rating would be 9.

Skill Level Ratings:

***** exceptional 12 or more
**** outstanding 10-12
*** superior 8-9
** excellent 6-7
* very good 4-5
good 2-3

All calculations will be saved in a file labeled "brackets.htm" in the "math"
folder on your external memory card or internal storage.
If you are unable to open the file "brackets.htm", you may need to download "Open in Browser"(Denis Nelubin).
