The ball and app worked great! Until one day i was bouncing it, and i looked at how many bounces and bounced the ball some more, then it showed a number lower than the one i saw, very disappointed, i was enjoying it so much, and after it connects so i can see the bounces it will disconnect and reconnect, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if the right amount of bounces would show but it wouldn't show.

App doesn't work. Always shows the same number no matter how much I bounce and when the number does go up it is not proportional to the number of times I bounced the ball. Smh my head.

This app is a baited trap for personal information and tracking. It doesn't work with giving permission to locate the device, access contacts, voice and camera. Why on earth does a ball bouncing counter need that kind of data?

Needs a whole lot of permissions that don't make sense. I can't sign up nor will it hook to Bluetooth. I bought the ball on clearance for less than a dollar, and now I know why. I'm just sorry my son was bummed out by it.

I got the "new" 2.0 Bluetooth ball a few months ago. The app worked like a charm, connected via Bluetooth, kept pretty good track of bounces. However, my phone just had a system update, since then, it will not even attempt to connect with the Bluetooth. I even uninstalled/reinstalled the app, logged out/logged back in, put in new a new battery. Thankfully, i bought it on clearance, but it still sucks that you can still buy these in stores and they aren't maintaining the app to at least work.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. It wants permissions it does not need, and we cannot even get beyond creating an account. "Please enter a valid email address." Three email addresses later, still not "valid." I even downloaded on another device with the same problem. The whole point of this ball is the app! What a waste!!!!
