I was unable to unlock the app using the purchased official wooden numbers on my Galaxy Tab S2. I contacted the company about this and they said they were going to fix it. But this was many months ago and it has still not been fixed. Without the software the purchased wooden numbers are useless so this is a total con. EDITED: Marbotic have responded to my review seeming very helpful below but I have already been through all the diagnostics steps with them months ago answering questions and sending screenshots. They still didn't fix it for me, so don't expect them to make it work for you either!
