Was a great app till I paid a yearly subscription and then the free trial popped up after a month so I thought maybe I didn't get the yearly subscription so I choose monthly payments. After our first monthly payment the "trial add" came up again and can't access the app. This is a great app and if you could fix this issue I'd be happy to continue using the app. But I am now cancelling my subscription. Thankyou

I love this app and my little ones do also. I would give it a five but the coloring pages section will not load. The app closes when you touch on an animal.

I really love the idea of this app. my 3 year old special needs son seems to respond to it. I have had tons of trouble using it. I can't not down load it to use off line which is a major reason I subscribed. I have contacted the developer multiple times. they have responded but nothing resolved my issues. now I can not use the app because it locks up and freezes before it kicks me out. I have installed it on multiple devices. Google play will not refund. developer also has not refunded

the issue with the app subscription access was resolved thru new update. Good customer service. still some app problems related to not fully developed product. In Opposites section, the monkey pops up too soon, so it's impossible to hear the name of the opposite, so the children cannot learn it by themselves without the adult present and say the word.

I wanted to love this app, it's not exactly what I was looking forward. I am trying to cancel my trial subscription and cannot seem to find the process to do so... Would like for one of the agents to either contact me or tell me how to cancel as my deadline is tomorrow. Thank you in advance.

It a great app but my child has an iPad and a tablet and I would have to purchase a subscription twice in order to use it on both. It should have a sign in where I can use on both
