This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing WORDUMZ on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

Wordumz successfully combines the spelling mechanic of popular word games with the time-based pressure mechanic of tetris-like games, providing a fun way to exercise your vocabulary in short, focused bursts. Perfect for when you're waiting in line for something or just want a simple distraction. Graphics updates and other tweaks addressed minor early version complaints for me! If you like word games, add this one to your collection.

Love this game! It’s challenging with a bit of pressure for extra stimulation. Not your typical word game –as new tiles drop down you need to keep finding new words to clear tiles so the pile doesn’t reach the top – otherwise it is game over. The more tiles you can keep on the screen the more chance of making a decent sized word but then the greater the risk of getting caught out. It’s great fun.

About this app

Wordumz is a fun and addictive game that requires a decent vocabulary, good spelling and fast fingers. How many words can you create from a random pile of letters? There's no easy, medium or hard mode in this game, it's all about challenging yourself, you make it as easy or difficult as you want it to be. Do you want to go for the big words or make life easy for yourself? The longer the word the better the score!

Wordumz has 4 language options. English, Irish, Gaelic and Spanish, plus 4 skill levels ranging from very easy to difficult.

Wordumz has a word browser which allows you to look through the word list to brush up on your spelling (not while the game is running though) and learn new words - for example if you're stuck for words using the letter U there are over 5000 in the word list that begin with U!

Wordumz has a new interface with new tiles and a choice of luscious backgrounds.
A global leaderboard has been added to let you see how your best scores stack up!

Wordumz uses the public domain ENABLE word list - available from www.puzzlers.org
It doesn't contain every single word in the english language but it has most of them.

There are no in-app purchase in Wordumz and it does not collect personal data.

More game modes and additional challenges will be added to Wordumz soon.

Wordumz will display on almost any size of screen but on very small screens clicking on the tiles might be a little difficult. If you have an older or slower device and are considering purchasing Wordumz please try installing the free version first to check that the display and gameplay work for you.
