Lusio Basketball is one of the oldest and most popular games on the LusioMATE platform as it challenges the player to shoot those hoops and slam dunk their way to personal best scores.

Complete with in stadium crowd noises, the atmosphere can get electric, especially as the clock ticks down to zero as you close in on a possible highest score.

With the standard Lusio platform difficulty levels - EASY MEDIUM HARD - the game play gets a lot more challenging to suit your needs. With EASY, it's just the player and the basket but once you move to MEDIUM the game introduces the large 'Defence' hand, making it a little harder to shoot the basket. With HARD, it's a whole new level again as not only is the 'Defence' hand in your way but the basket itself moves from side to side.


PHYSICAL THERAPY NOTES

Lusio Basketball is the perfect all rounder game as it works for all ranges of movement, and we have even had clients play the game with the Lusio Sensors attached to their head.

It's a great game for focussing players on perfecting their chosen movement, because if the movement isn't executed perfectly then the ball will not be reset or shoot.

With the addition of the 'Defence' hand in the MEDIUM Level, and the moving basket in the HARD Level there is the additional cognitive challenge for clients / players as well.

EASY and HARD are excellent for a rep focussed therapy session whilst HARD really engages the cognitive skill.
