Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ProjectY RTS 3d -lite version- on PC Windows and Mac.

Ugh I'm waiting for more it may be to good for my brain to comprehend but more. Please make it happen. Use patreon or something. This game is to good not to improve. Make it big. Add a space age or something. You conquered the planet why not go further. Possibly have reasources and you need certain ones which randomly spawn through out game

Limitations with phone touch screens make rts games very hard, but this game has found a way around every problem. Even split-screen multilayer is basically flawless. Better yet, no Ads. Personal suggestion for the devs now, add multiple races or civs, much like starcraft. Saying as this is the only rts for android that has that capability, please do it!!!

I have been with it since the beta. It is awesome. Thats just leaving out all the good stuff. If you like this game, even a little bit. This is just a taste. If you liked halo wars or all those games of strategy, then you should get the full version.... or if you wanna be "that guy", you can miss your chance, and wonder what awaited you on the other side. Do NOT get left behind. I am serious. This is stuff of dreams for most. If you miss out on it, its not my fault.

Really good game, and it's hard to find decent RTSs for android (especially that work offline) but this is one. Full version hasn't had an update for a few years though, so I suspect multiplayer/replayability would be low, thus probably won't buy it. A huge shame, it could be great!

This is an awesome RTS. Congrats on finally releasing the full version! This game was in early beta when I first downloaded this. Its become quite polished since then. I BTW, I deleted this a while back because it was taking up space and I wasn't playing it much, but I'm glad I re downloaded it. And yes, I did re downloaded the game before the full release.

This is the best RTS on Android. Even in beta, it still shines. Some suggestions: Air units (such as small scouts, larger fighters, heavy bombers, and massive multi-gun destroyers.) They could fill similar roles to the ground unit. EDIT: Not anymore, it crashes on opening. Get on it

About this app

ProjectY is a realtime strategy game with focus on unit tactis and not base building. Goal of the game is to capture the sector with the enemy headquarter. By capturing sectors the player gains the influence on factories producing units.

All maps can be played as single player or split screen multiplayer (very nice on tablets) or network multiplayer (LAN or Internet).

Important info: If you find bugs or if you want to suggest changes, improvements or whatever you are invitied to join the forum on the website! This will help to make the game more fun!

This is the free lite version of ProjectY. It has a limited number of maps and no singleplayer campaign.

The free lite version contains the tutorial and the a few free single-/multiplayer maps. To get the campaign and additional maps, get the full version from here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luminencelabs.ProjectY.gf.

Please submit bug reports if the game crashes!

About required permissions:
- "full network access" and "view network connections": Required by network multiplayer, map downloads
- "modify or delete the contents of your USB storage" and "test access to protected storage": Required for savegames, options, downloadable content
- "read accounts": Required to read your account name which is used as your unique id (encrypted) to store your profile (score, games played, achievements, ...)
- "vibrate": Required for the vibration notification when a player joins a server while the app is in background (so you don't have to wait in game for other players)
- "access wifi state" and "change wifi multicast state" for multiplayer LAN server discovery
