Ads keep CRASHING the game. Takes four minutes to reload. Any ad that pops up the Google play screen. Temu ads are the worst. Some ads just make the whole screen go black and crash. This has happened several dozen times. I'll only do the ad chests etc when I'm ready to log off now. please fix this. And I'll change the rating Update: Support provides articles, if I select "no, I need to talk to someone" it closes chat for "insufficient information" so support isn't an option because it's broken

I loved this game for all of 2 weeks. Now I can't even play it. I've updated it, deleted and redownloaded, and tried every single troubleshooting video I can find in the Internet and it still closes as soon as I try to play it. It loads all the way then it backs out of the app. Before it was frustrating because it would close out if I tried to watch an ad for a boost which I could deal with but now it's completely unplayable

This game likes to run advertisements hat automatically minimize your game to pull up Google play store. Second, when you close the play store, 2 out of three ads will trigger the game to restart, and you will lose progress for whatever you were watching the ad for and have to rewatch it. This has to be by design because thre are other games that are not programmed This way.

This app was working fine until the latest Christmas update. Now, it won't even load and keeps giving me a "you are offline, no network connection" error no matter what I do. I researched the issue and completed all the steps outlined by the manufacturer, including trying with WI-FI and/or Mobile data alone, clearing the game cache, and restarting the device, but nothing. The worst part is that their support is only via chat, and the bot keeps closing the chat without connecting me to support.

You can advance rather quickly at first and then be prepared to grind as everything slows down. I'm ok with that. My one issue with the game is the Ads that shut down the app. They have you watch crazy long ads only to take you to the Play store and then shut down the game. Or the ad just shuts down the game after watching the ad. Other than that the game is decent. P.s. I'm not spending $20 to remove the ads... Thanks for that advice to solve my issues with the game...

Very slow moving game. You will fall asleep playing it. It's definitely not worth investing any money in. Every build it all starts all over. There's no speed to it and if you're like me I like faster moving games to keep my focus. Uninstalling and because at no point did it ever pick up any speed to keep your attention. Very very boring. Watching paint dry is easy ls way more fun.
