Way too much for a game, if you don't like strategy then don't bother. Because you have to think strategic here with this one. Your able to hire different employees, they take a chunk out of your pay as a wage, they can only work on whatever shift you have them for, but they can only work a certain number of hours as well. My brain cannot comprehend all this complexity with something that I thought was pure idle/clicker game and level up things. It's basically reality legit wise, if you don't run a business then your not going to be able to calculate the differences in wages for every shift from every worker. I hate math so maybe that's why I don't like it in general. I'm sure it's a great game but it's not for me.

This is a very good game. Use a pen and paper if you must, and once you have worked out the wages and shift patterns it will get easier each time you do it. There is no harm in using your brain while playing a game. There should be more games like this.

I really enjoyed the game play and thought it was super creative with being a bit heavy on the management side of mobile games.

forget using watching videos for construction time reduction. watched 10 videos and still said had 12 minutes left.
