I have only one problem about the game, and that is that I can't get into my island. After I downloaded the additional content and when it says "let the journey begin!", It would constantly tell me to reconnect and I don't know what to do. It is really annoying and I have been trying this for for the past 6 daysEdit: it also says 1 out 5 extra assets downloaded but immediately stops and goes to the let the journey begin screen. And it'll either say thunder storms, terrors on loose or lost. Del?

Love this game, ITS AWSOME. I've been playing this game for a long long time its amazing. One thing can the light fury not be exclusive to riders club only please. But overall, love the game so much 😁. 22 June, my game keeps on saying that the download has failed and I keep on haveing to try to keep on pushing on that guest thing. Please can you help me fix that problem, cause I can not open my game.

After having played this game for sevaral years more than its worth, i am now quitting it. Not because of the in game purchases, or the rigged chance based stuff ment to tempt you into spending money. I expect that out of a mediocre free game. The thing that dissapoint me to the point of quitting is that I expect a game to become more stable with updates, not less stable like this piece of amature software. It should not take over fifteen minutes to launch when it used to take a fraction of that

I don't know if the game is trying to cheat me or it's a bug, but I've been trying to get the second exotic dragon for the Bobber Tales quest that asks you to complete two exotic dragon collections. I already had one, and had been slowly working toward the second. I had been buying items in the shop and slowly saving runes up. I got to a point where I could buy the Exotic Shivertooth (what was supposed to be my second dragon to finish the above quest) and bought it with runes, but no update.

Have old unclaimed rewards > Crashes game. Get the new premium dragon from a pack > Crashes game. Can't even play with anything paid at this point. Update: Was told to contact support. Have had a ticket in for over a week. Only response I've received was a generic "Try these steps." Sent three emails. No response.

The update made the app go haywire and now I can't even get into the game. Yes I tried clearing the cashes and uninstall/reinstall the app, but it is still not loading. I have been trying all dat to get into the app, but it still won't cooperate with me. This messed up my daily reward streak and my progress on other actives I had planned. Right now I am not happy with any of the updates.
