Great game, however as of lately the game just freezes and i have to close and reopen the app or it just stays frozen. It does not do this on any other game or app i have on my galaxy s8+. This is only your game. It was not doing it very often(maybe once or twice a week). Now it has actually froze after every action, 1 fight, 1 trial, 1 tribe boss, 5 times in 13 seconds, each time i had to close/restart because it froze. Lose all stars as this is a game killing bug! Fix this asap!

Game RNG sucks, 3 10X summons and 1 10X faction summon and didnt get 1 yellow character. The game is ok to play if your bored, but dont waste any money on it. They still havent fixed bugs! Watch multiple videos and get no reward, to fix you have to restart the app, but you can watch videos nonstop without restarting app and they get paid for it. So they dont fix it. Just an ok 3 star game but lose 2 stars for not fixing long time bugs they benefit from that have been reported for months.

This game is pretty fun the only thing I don't like is that I have to restart the app a lot because it keeps freezing. Right now I can get to the map screen but I can't click on anything except for my profile. Until then I'm going to have to keep my ratings at 3 stars. It would be five stars but I can't even play

Fun at first, overtime become boring, repeat the same thing every single day. Game is generous with gems but the rate of tavern is too low to get 5* hero. Plus forced to watch adds every single time is too annoying.

Bought a 9.99 special pack for the new monster pack and it errors.... says payment went through with confirmation and got nothing. Contacted customer service and it's been 3 days of nothing and beating around the bush. Games ok just don't buy anything

Good game, but....... it has some bad bugs. When you fix the freezing issues I will give a higher rating. It doesn't matter what game mode you are in the game freezes all the time. I have to leave. Close out game and refresh everything and the go back into the game and redo everything I just did. Its very annoying.
