This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing NSDroid on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Sure it let's you look at your nationstate, but it doesn't let you do much more than that. The issues tab functions as a timer that resets itself when you have a new issue, and it doesn't even show the amount of issues in your queue. You might as well just pull up your nationstate on a browser, since you can actually do stuff there.

I wish I could combine this app & "Stately" - this one is easier to navigate & has more options, but takes forever to load each page. That one loads fast but is has lots of features hidden away or missing.

NSDroid is an Android app for the game NationStates (www.nationstates.net).

Currently supported functions include:
* An overview of recent events in your nation and region, as well as the last RMB message
* General information on your nation and other nations, including charts for People, Government and Economy
* See and answer issues for your nation (previous issue choices done in the app are marked)
* General information on your region and other regions, including World Factbook Entry
* Read and post to your Regional Message Board
* Information from the World Assembly and the possibility to vote on proposals
* Regional officers listed
* Embassies for each region, including invitations, requests etc.
* Move between regions
* Intra-app links for nations, regions and RMB's
* Automatic updating of your region's RMB with a message for when there are new messages (recommended setting (if on) of at least 30 minutes)
* Access your dossier to keep track of other nations and regions
* Keep track of your puppets with a nations list
* Read news from nationstates.net
