I loved this game at first but the bugs, well they bug you to death, and the customer service department have the most oxymoronic name ever. They offer NO customer service whatsoever and just roll out the same tired old stock answers every time. I've sent so many screenshots of the same problems that I've lost count without once having anything done about it, or being in any way compensated. Great game, but the bugs and level of service make it more frustrating than enjoyable.

If you like a game that constantly freezes this is the game for you. Every update is complete trash they never fix any old problems they just add new ones. Plus customer service are absolutely no help at all. Even when someone has a legitimate problem they always give the same tired response that they will take it under advisement and nothing ever gets done about it and forget about any compensation for your problem. DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS TRASH! My one Star rating is way to generous.

I am an avid fan of the mobile strategy genre and so far this is the best i have played so far.. not the common strategy game, it has an rts element in it which you can control your troops movement and positioning during war. Also not much of a pay 2 win if you know how to do the events and missions. So far the best in its category! Keep up the great work devs! Just polish the chat system..

Overall it's fun and challenging. However, the higher the level, the longer it takes to move up to the next level but the resources on the map (plunders, etc.) are not updated/refreshed. I think the resources on the map should be refreshed periodically (e.g. weekly or biweekly) so we'd have things to do while waiting to complete the requirements to level up (production, research completion, etc.) so we wouldn't get bored.

The game looks very nice, in my opinion better than rise of kingdoms, the style is very good, and well even if I expect that will be a pay to win like most of the strategy games, I would say is very nice to play. My only concern is about the tipical western propaganda about WW2. Always looks like the Americans and the British were the main force, when the truth is that Russia was the one that did most of it to defeat the Nazis, I know the game doesn't pretend to be historical accurate, but...

This game is great, overall. However after the update there's a glitch or bug whatever you call that, if you enter the factory and make an item, I just can click 2 or 3 items then it forces the window to close, I'll change my rate when this is fixed.
